  • Client Portal: Account credentials, company information, timesheet data, and shift records for authenticated users
  • PDF Applications: Any information completed on our printable or digital application forms

  • Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website and services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payroll processing). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it for the services they provide to us.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hands On Labor, our users, or the public.

  • Payroll and timesheet records are retained for a minimum of 4 years in compliance with California labor law
  • Website log data and analytics information is retained for up to 13 months

You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting us as described in Section 10.
